Welcome! This is my 10th year in DVUSD and my 20th year in education. I am a Phoenix native and have loved calling Arizona home my entire life.
This year, I am excited to be teaching 6th grade English Language Arts and look forward to helping students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers.
My husband and I have been married for 41 years and are proud parents of four children and grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.
When I am not at school, I enjoy studying history and visiting historic sites whenever I can. I am also always excited for a professional development opportunity that includes exploring somewhere new!
