Disney’s Aladdin JR. is based on the 1992 Academy Award®-winning film and the 2014 hit Broadway show about the “diamond in the rough” street rat who learns that his true worth lies deep within.
The story you know and love has been given the royal treatment! Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character. With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the beloved story will open up “a whole new world” for your young performers!

Mrs. Voegtli - Director
Passionate about fostering creativity, Mrs. Voegtli, Paseo Hills School's Instructional Coach, is thrilled to direct 'Aladdin Jr.' As a longtime supporter of the school's theater program, she has been an integral part of the past seven musicals. Mrs. Voegtli's own love for theater which was ignited in her youth, fuels her dedication to guiding these talented young performers.

An active member of the Paseo Hills School community, Alli is proud to serve as the marketing and public relations specialist for 'Aladdin Jr.', her 4th show at Paseo! With a successful career spanning over two decades in marketing, design, and communications, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and community spirit to this production. As a parent and dedicated supporter of the arts, Alli is excited to help share the magic of this musical with the entire school. You can find her teaching Media Productions and Digital Communications at Barry Goldwater, our feeder high school.
